Housing Units, Population and Cost Rank Measures for New Jersey

Here we explore the evolution and dynamics of the housing supply in New Jersey, the relative cost of New Jersey housing, the housing mix and the change in New Jersey population. The data below track the total number of housing units in New Jersey, the total 18 and over population in New Jersey and the ratio of the 18 and over New Jersey population to the number of housing units.
