New York Job Growth

There were 9,727,700 jobs in New York in November 2023 according to the CES survey of employers. The CPS survey of households showed 9,367,252 employed persons for the month. New York added 6,900 jobs in November 2023 according to the CES survey while the broader CPS employment measure rose by 2,254 (Comparing CES and CPS employment numbers.).
