There were 4,423,200 jobs in Michigan in November 2023 according to the CES survey of employers. The CPS survey of households showed 4,820,644 employed persons for the month. Michigan added 7,100 jobs in November 2023 according to the CES survey while the broader CPS employment measure rose by 14,710 (Comparing CES and CPS employment numbers.).
