Metro Affordability Ratios 2Q 2010

The National Association of Realtors released the 2Q 2010 median sales price numbers last week. Here are the updated home affordability ratios calculated with metro area income and rent data from the 2008 American Community Survey. Remember that the adjusted rent ratio comes from scaling median contract rent by household size.
